"Flowers in a Green Bowl"

My favorite medium is watercolor, but I constantly challenge myself in exploring different media and techniques.  I am not content to just be an artist, but I want to be the best that I can be.  I am content when I am creatively engaged.

      I want people who view my art to see art differently in their own way, and to begin to explore ways of doing things creatively in their own art works. 

I have published my first book, "Lines and Lyrics by Lois Ellen"  This book contains my best poems from a lifetime of writing.  It is also illustrated by some of my current paintings.  This book is available from Mariner Publishing Co. in Buena Vista, VA 24416.
