Born: Waynesboro Va. 1950 I lived most of my adult life in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mtns. in Augusta Co. Va., I moved to Rockbridge Co. when I married, in 2002. Seemingly born with a passionate love for horses and animals , I love capturing them with art.Only recently have I decided to publicly introduce my artwork. My artwork is completely my own, having no training or art classes of any kind , other than the beauty of the world around me and my desire to capture the souls of animals in my artwork. I have dabbled in just about every medium and still have not decided on a particular one. I do my best at airbrush, and all color mediums, as well as graphite and pencils. The pictures you see here are my latest interest, pastels. Although I work full time as a machinist at Tyco Electronics, I presently do art work on commission , specializing in animals, domestic or wild , I also do people and various other commissioned work. Other examples of my artwork can be requested via e-mail. I am hoping to have a web-site in the near future, as well as offering some of my work as prints.
